What we collect
Account details (email, display name), language and voice preferences, prepaid credit balances and purchase records, conversation metadata, and transcripts generated during Listen and Pair sessions.
Audio
Microphone audio is streamed for live recognition and is not archived as a default recording. Generated speech for Auto-speak and Replay may be cached in our private storage so Replay does not always call the voice provider again. Cached speech is removed when you use Delete forever on a conversation you own.
Processors
We use Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), Deepgram (speech recognition), OpenAI (translation and titles), and ElevenLabs (speech synthesis). Each provider processes data under its own terms and may retain operational logs.
Your choices
You can rename or delete conversations from History. Delete removes or hides history. Delete forever (owners) wipes transcript text and stored Replay audio for that conversation. Settings → Privacy can clear conversation history for your account.
